When operational stability is at risk, we provide interim management services. In this capacity we act as the owners’ representative to make sure that the manager/operator is satisfying their objectives.
In this role, we also review and negotiate:
• The annual operating plan
• Marketing and capital expenditures plans
• Hospitality market and competition performance monitoring (identifying changes in the
competitive landscape).
• Collaborate with the owner's construction staff (and/or project managers) to supervise
any major capital projects. |
